The following terms apply to all tickets purchased through the Brisbane Motor Museum

Using Tickets
• Entry QR codes or wallet tickets must be presented on arrival
• Tickets are invalid if lost, stolen, damaged or cannot be verified
• Once scanned, tickets cannot be reused or resold
• Multi-use tickets (for example, passes) may only be used within their valid period
• Tickets must be purchased through authorised channels
Duplicate or fraudulent tickets may result in refusal of entry.
Ticket Resale
Tickets must not be resold above the original purchase price. Breach may result in
cancellation without refund.Refunds, Exchanges and Variations
• All tickets, gift vouchers and certificates are non-refundable unless required by
law
• Tickets are valid only for the specified date and time
• The Museum may cancel tickets suspected of fraud or misuse
If the Museum cancels or reschedules an event:
• Customers will be notified as soon as possible
• A refund will be provided if the new date is unsuitable
Requests must be made within 10 business days of notification.
Changes by the Museum
The Museum reserves the right to:
• Change exhibitions, displays or programs
• Adjust opening hours
• Modify pricing
• Alter facilities or visitor capacity
No refunds will be provided for these changes unless required by law.
