Brisbane's only motor museum. And we're proudly family-owned and operated, too.
Located just minutes away from the city, the airport and the Gateway Motorway, we're easy to access by locals and visitors alike.
Our roots trace back to a deep appreciation for automotive history, not as something to show off, but something to preserve, respect and share. That mindset continues to shape how we operate today.
This museum was created to preserve, share and celebrate automotive history. Not as static objects, but as living stories.
You'll feel it in the way our exhibits are curated. In how our space is maintained. And in how all visitors are welcomed.
Concession tickets and discounted kids tickets available.

We design each exhibit to highlight stories, eras and cultural moments. Some vehicles arrive in pristine condition. Others show their age proudly.

Our exhibits are shaped by vehicles and objects sourced from far and wide, from local collectors to interstate owners who are willing to share their piece of automotive history for a limited time. This allows each of our exhibits to feel fresh, varied in theme and purposeful, rather than static pieces tied to a single collection.
Every one of them earns their place, right here at the Brisbane Motor Museum. But only for a limited time.
Volunteers welcome
Brisbane Motor Museum is supported by a dedicated team of volunteers who play an important role in creating a great visitor experience. If you're interested in museums, automotive history or being part of a welcoming cultural space, volunteering is a great way to get involved.
