At Brisbane Motor Museum, exhibits don't sit still. Every three months, our museum transforms with a completely new theme, bringing together vehicles, objects and stories that explore automotive history from a fresh perspective.
Some exhibits lean into nostalgia. Others spark debate. All are designed to be experienced while they're here.

Get ready for a head to head celebration of two powerhouse automotive regions. Aussie vs Euro brings together vehicles that were made or assembled in Australia and across Europe, showcasing how different design philosophies, engineering priorities, and cultural influences shaped the cars we know and love.
On the Aussie side: bold character, practicality, and ingenuity
built for our unique roads and lifestyle.
On the European side: refined engineering, precision craftsmanship,
and unmistakable design heritage.
This exhibit is more than a comparison, it is a vibrant showcase of identity, innovation, and the stories behind the vehicles that defined generations.
Each exhibit runs for approximately three months. Once it's gone, it's gone to make room for the next theme. If something catches your eye, put it in your calendar.
Our exhibit is curated, not crowded.
Our exhibits aren't built around how many vehicles we can fit into our space. Instead, each vehicle is intentionally selected by our team because it fits the story we're telling in that particular exhibit. Whether that's an era, a design philosophy or a cultural shift.

Not every vehicle you see inside our museum belongs to us. Our exhibits are shaped by vehicles and objects sourced from far and wide, from local collectors to interstate owners who are willing to share a piece of automotive history for a limited time.
Each car, motorcycle or object is selected because it fits the story we're telling in that particular exhibit, not because it's part of a permanent collection.
